Our Story
Kustom Graphix LLC has been family-owned and operated in Thomasville, NC since 1996. Founded by Melvin and Ruby Kestner, the business was built on a foundation of precision, pride, and people-first service. Melvin began painting buses over 40 years ago, and Ruby brought in decal-making skills when her former employer shut its doors. Their children, Dennis and Valerie, joined the business early on—Dennis straight out of high school, and Valerie after earning her graphic design degree. Together, they’ve upheld a standard of excellence that has earned trust from local clients and national names like Disney and major universities.
In September 2023, Melvin passed unexpectedly. We continue his legacy with every wrap, every polish, and every project. He was more than a craftsman—he was a friend.
